Overview

A growing restaurant group was running their floor, kitchen and online orders on a patchwork of apps that did not talk to each other. We built a single platform that handles everything from a guest booking a table to the kitchen plating the dish to the owner reviewing the numbers, across every branch in real time.

The challenge

Orders from the floor, phone and delivery apps arrived in different places, the kitchen worked from printed tickets and stock counts were always a day behind. The group needed one source of truth that worked during a packed dinner service without missing a beat.

Our approach
