Overview
A brokerage wanted to move beyond a basic listings page into a discovery experience that keeps buyers engaged and gets qualified leads to agents in seconds. We built a fast, visual portal where search feels effortless and every enquiry is routed to the right person immediately.
The challenge
Listings data changed constantly and the old site was slow to update and painful to browse on mobile. Leads were collected in a form and emailed in bulk, so the best enquiries often went cold before an agent followed up.
